       If the quality of the underfloor heating project is qualified, there is generally no leakage. Therefore, most of the causes of water leakage in household water and electricity heating are the secondary damage to the floor heating pipes caused by the later renovation. For regular floor heating, the entire pipe must be used for each pipeline, and no joints are allowed. Therefore, as long as the quality of the pipe fittings is qualified, the pipeline itself will not leak. When performing ground operations in the later stage of construction, operations such as knocking the ground, nailing, wedging wood wedges, cutting stone, etc. may damage the floor heating pipes and cause water leakage.

       What to do if the floor heating pipe leaks:

    1. In order to prevent the leakage of domestic water and underfloor heating pipes, three pressure tests should be performed when installing water underfloor heating: the first pressure test after the floor heating pipe is laid; the second pressure test after the concrete backfill is completed; all the renovation works are completed before cleaning, Do the third pressure test.

      2. The test pressure during pressing is 1.5 times the working pressure and shall not be less than 0.6Mpa. Stabilize under pressure for 1 hour, if the pressure drop is not more than 0.05Mpa, it is qualified. In order to avoid damage to the floor heating during construction, the best way is to leave a pressure gauge on the construction site after the pressure test. Once a foreign body damages the floor heating pipe, the pressure of the pressure gauge will drop instantaneously, so that the problem can be found quickly.

      3. In the second year, when using household water floor heating, heating should be carried out in stages, and the temperature should be gradually increased. Do not adjust the temperature to the highest one at a time, so as to avoid damage to the floor heating materials and the floor.

      4. If the domestic water floor heating leaks, you should close the heating valve in time, then close the leak valve controlled by the water separator, and then open the bleed valve of the water separator to remove the pressure inside, so that it will not cause too much loss. Then you should call the professional maintenance personnel in time, and ask them to check the actual situation and solve the problem.

    Secondly, we must do a good job in product protection, especially in coordination with other types of work: after the pressure test is completed, the concrete should be leveled and covered in time; the wooden door wall suction method should be used as much as possible, and the ground suction should be reserved in advance; the ground plug should be left with sufficient distance It cannot be fixed by oblique nails at a large angle; actions such as brick replacement on the completed ground cannot be savagely operated, and care must be taken to prevent damage to the floor heating pipes.
